Down 22-20
Give the 6-girl team (which is made up of 1 teen assistant coach, 2 guest players, and 3 of my regular players) a 22-20 lead, have paper/rock/scissors decide who serves first, and start the game!
Variation: My "6 girls" were a little weaker than my starters, but your guest players could be 18 years old, or your assistants could be 22. So, it's very possible that the "starter" side is the weakest and needs to be given the 22-20 lead to protect.
